We are currently seeking to appoint a new administrator, to help support our expanding extracurricular department at the Prague British International School.
As one of the leading international schools in the Czech Republic for children aged 2-18, we provide an extensive extracurricular programme that includes over two hundred scheduled weekly activities, across three campuses.
The administrator will be primarily responsible for supporting the Extra Time Activity Coordinator to facilitate extracurricular enrolment and organisation across all PBIS campuses in Prague.
As a leading international school this role will require formal written communication with parents and activity suppliers in English.
Familiarity with databases and manipulating data is essential and will be evaluated at interview, including filtering & sorting data, evaluating data for discrepancies, and creating reports.
Main responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Extra Time Activity Coordinator.
Input data and maintain various school databases and booking systems.
Coordinate logistical arrangements and resource allocation across three campuses.
Manage documentation of all external teachers, in accordance with company policies.
Monitor activity enrolment and waiting lists for all extracurricular activities and summer camps.
Communication with school staff and activity suppliers regarding activity enrolment changes.
Processing of activity fees, and invoice reconciliation.
We require:
Fluency in English and Czech, both spoken and written (essential).
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
Elevated level of computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience of school administration will be beneficial, but is not essential.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week).
