Meet the speakers:
Míša is a multifaceted professional with a strong presence in both the crypto and tech industries. As a co-founding member of the crypto community in the Czech Republic, she is involved with initiatives like Holkyvkryptu and NFT degen, focusing on educating newcomers, especially women, about NFTs and social tokens. Additionally, Michaela works at Red Hat, a leading enterprise software company, where she contributes to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Her dual expertise in crypto and tech allows her to bridge gaps between different technological ecosystems, fostering growth and understanding in both fields.
David is a prominent builder and investor in the cryptocurrency space. He is the co-founder and COO of Cork Protocol, a novel derivative DeFi protocol. David published a book on the Evolution of Cryptocurrencies. He holds an MSc. in Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Law at Sorbonne Law School. David has also co-founded crypto educational NGOs like Blockchain Slovakia and Paralelna Polis, and served as an advisor to the Slovak National Bank on MiCA implementation. He is a seasoned lecturer and consultant, having taught at several universities and advised numerous startups and corporations in the fintech and blockchain sector
Honza is a prominent legal specialist with expertise in IT/IP law, particularly focusing on AI, blockchain, and data protection. He holds a JUDr. and Ph.D. from Masaryk University in Brno, where his research explored the intersection of technology and copyright law. As co-founder of the web3 studio Artiffine, Jan provides legal support for blockchain projects and advises on AI-related legal matters. He is also involved in various initiatives, including the Harvard NFT Task Force, and regularly lectures on modern legal challenges in the digital economy.
