Attend a Circus for sweethearts

Manifesto Anděl is hosting a week-long Valentine's circus, with tarot readings, love potions, and the opportunity to cast a curse daily from Feb. 12-18. Food stalls serving Brazilian BBQ, Mexican tacos and nachos, and French fondue making for a saucy good time. Reservations can be made online to ensure you snag a seat.

Raise a glass of bubbly

Enjoy a taste of local sparkling wine at the St. Clara Vineyard wine shop throughout the day until 4:30 p.m. A guided tasting evening with a sommelier will be held at 5 p.m. and again at 8 p.m. Reservations can be made here.

Let love blossom

Nearby, a romantic greenhouse tour of the Botanical Garden on Valentine’s Day combines a luscious tropical setting, with wine tasting for two and roses in the Fata Morgana space from 6-8 p.m.

Do a double-feature date

Celebrate at the cinema with a double feature of classic romantic films. See Dirty Dancing (two screenings on Feb. 14) a forbidden 1960s dance romance or catch When Harry Met Sally starring Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal in the iconic comedy about two friends questioning the nature of their relationship. Showing at Kino Aero.

Go for a romantic stroll

A tour by Open House Praha, American Love Story, takes participants behind the scenes of places where the American and Czech worlds intersected and love affairs blossomed between important figures in the turbulent 20th century. The tour is on Feb. 18 (a great V-day gift for history buffs).

Break a sweat in the name of love

The Valentine's Run 5k run/walk starts on Feb. 17 in Stromovka. Organized by RunCzech, the event is open to all skill levels. Participants can look forward to a fun atmosphere running alongside their loved ones with refreshments in a sociable setting.

Just for singles

Dutch Pub is putting on an anti-Valentine’s menu, featuring fun cocktails. Also on Feb. 14, La Bodeguita del Medio has a classic romantic menu that's also fun for one accompanied by Cuban rhythms to ensure good vibes for all on Valentine’s Day.

CELEBRATE JAMES BOND-STYLE

For an immersive experience for fans of the action series, take your significant other to the big Bond in Motion exhibition at Prague 7's Výstaviště. A unique collection of vehicles and other artifacts from the 60-year history of one of the most famous film franchises provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic afternoon.

Book a romantic dinner date

A romantic 6-course Valentine's tasting dinner under lantern-lit sakura with 80s hits at Silq Restaurant includes dishes like fried oysters, dumplings, and seared fish with a choice of wine or tea pairings. Guests can experience the magic of Yokohama’s Chinatown flavors while enjoying a complimentary gift.

A romantic 4-course Valentine's dinner at Monkey Bar on Feb. 14 offers a tasting journey of passion and flavors followed by a love cocktail. Guests can indulge in the intimate atmosphere enhanced by live music amidst the jungle setting.

Celebrate St. Valentine's Day at Hard Rock Cafe Prague from Feb. 9-18 with a special menu including Pure Passion Martini, Surf & Turf, and Sweetheart Sundae. On Feb. 14, Jamie Marshall performs live on guitar.

Spend Valentine’s Day at Augustine Restaurant for an intimate four-course dinner in the elegant setting of a former monastery. Indulge in a special menu accompanied by Paul Dethune Brut Rosé champagne.

Celebrate Valentine's Day at the historic Špork Vault with a special six-course menu that includes wine, chestnut cream soup, hay-aged duck, chocolate souffle, digestif, and and more delights from the kitchen of one-time Master Chef judge Marek Fichtner.

Valentine's Day at 1890 Restaurant & Bar at the Carlo IV is a curated five-course feast by executive chef Radek Benetka with foie gras, lobster, fallow deer, and a decadent chocolate cremeux dessert on the menu. Singer-pianist Annareh sets the mood. For the ultimate romantic experience book a couples massage in the hotel spa.

As Valentine's Day approaches, The Four Seasons will offer a candlelit five-course dinner at CottoCrudo (Feb. 14). The return of Afternoon Tea (Feb. 9-14) with pastry chef Gianmarco makes for a sweet treat. For the seriously romance-minded a Vltava River cruise on the hotel's wooden boat can also be booked.

La Veranda's Valentine's Day tasting menu features a Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut welcome drink and paired with dishes like beetroot with cheese, ravioli with ricotta, prawns with saffron bisque, and duck with radicchio and delectable tartlets.
