Campaign Sales Consultant

In this position, you will be a trusted go-to specialist who helps get customers engaged with Accolade and enrolled in targeted benefit/health programs. You’ll be able to help our customers get the right care at the right time. No problem is too big or too small. As a successful candidate, you will be effective at properly educating our customers via phone on the benefits of Accolade services while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Working hours: 2:30 pm – 11pm CET – to cover US working time and reach US clients 
Hybrid position with 1-year contract. 
Start date: 1st October 2024 or 1st November 2024

A day in the life... 

• Deliver effective and enthusiastic communication to encourage and motivate customers to utilize Accolade’s services and be proactive about their health 

• Having around 100 calls/day with our new and existing customers

• Collect pertinent history from our customers and triage to the appropriate team

• Provide concierge-level service with every customer we connect with and establish a successful rapport to instill trust in our team 

• Proactively communicate the benefits and the value of our service with every contact 

• Independently manages task load to support outbound and inbound interactions to and from our customers on a daily basis 

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

What we are looking for... 

• Native English-speaking capability is highly preferred 

• 1+ years of employment experience in the customer service industry, the service industry, administration, or sales 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment 

• Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability 

• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement 

• Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment 

• Operate from a perspective of truly caring about our clients and creating value for them 

• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature 

• Proven ability to roll up your sleeves and make a contribution quickly
