As our EDI Manager, you will lead the transformation of our EDI customer processes. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers to EDI, coordinate the setup and optimization of new EDI flows, ensuring change requests implementation, and driving automation to ensure a seamless and efficient EDI experience.

What will you be doing:  

  • Contribute to digitalization of Supply chain flows focusing on Ordering, Order Response, Delivery notes and Invoicing across Europe

  • Contribute to stabilization of existing EDI setups to deliver best in class customer experience

  • Expanding internal technical capabilities linked to EDI systems and providing strategy advices on technologies and capabilities

  • Explore and develop new capabilities to solve ad-hoc business requests

  • Ensuring documentation of new Onboarding solutions are meeting internal standards

  • Being responsible for Message Implementation Guideline (MIG) and requirements analysis, preparation and setup EDI mapping (IFS, EMX, EMS)

  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders (Customer Experience, Logistics, Finance, Commercial,…) as well as with EDI service providers / 3PL / 4PL

  • Performing EDI testing, UAT in collaboration with Customers/Providers

  • Providing trainings/handovers to internal stakeholders on Onboardings and general EDI capabilities.

  • Assisting on SEV1/SEV2 incidents related to EDI setup

  • Performing root cause analysis, ad hoc investigations and troubleshooting on raised cases within the agreed SLA

What you'll bring:  

  • English C1 (fluent)

  • University Degree in Business/ Information Technology / Computer Information systems / System Engineer or related fields

  • 4+ years EDI experience

  • Advanced experience with ERP/ERO/ERA/SAP environment  

  • Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus

  • EDI experience on multiple message types (e.g. order, invoices)

  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize technology efficient

  • Analytical and problem solving skills
