As our IT SAP Manager you will manage a team of SAP Analysts and consultants in the area of SAP Finance.

What will you be doing:
Incident/Service Request/Change management, report transparently the work is done
Vendor interaction, review documentation and challenging as part of change management process and Zone/Global solution template governance for critical ERP platforms (SAP ERP) and integrated Finance systems (HRC, Basware/Certipost, IES, VIM)
Managing the Regression testing for Finance area as part or regular release cycle and critical IT platforms projects
Translating business process change in impact on template solutions
Proposes the improvements for the existing routines/reporting within BEC / area of responsibility
Coordination of 2nd-line end/key user support, training (SAP Backoffice support team)
Coordination of Regression testing as part or Regular/Major Release cycles
Internal & External people resources
Budget to the extend of the area of responsibility (CAPEX&OPEX: Transition/Double run/SaaS/PaaS, Licenses, etc.)
Coordination of Regression testing as part or Regular/Major Release cycles
Initiate and organize the trainings, internal team training plan, ability to draw processes touching various IT and new technology systems, Knowledge management of business Key and End users
What you will bring
Fluent English C1. Other European languages are an advantage
University degree level in IT/Finance or relevant experience
2+ years of experience in Information Technology Operations
Experience in Corporate IT Projects or participation or more Finance Information Systems implementation projects
SAP FI/CO customizing and setup
Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, IT4IT, PMBOK, Prince2, Kanban, Scrum, ASAP certifications are preferred
Integrated Finance applications implementation or support will be a plus
IT solutions design and roll outs
Good knowledge and understanding of Project and Service management processes
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with ABAP debugging will be a plus
Experience in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) will be a plus
Experience in OpenText IES (Enterprise Scanning OCR solution for inbound invoices) will be a plus
Experience in HighRadius Cloud Credit management and factoring solution will be a plus
