Metodik junior/Junior Methodologist

Responsibilities:

• Support and collaborate on developing and implementing educational programs in Czech and English.

• Prepare and update methodological materials and curricula.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.

• Provide administrative support to senior methodologists and program coordinators.

• Assist and collaborate in mentoring new teachers.

• Work with teachers to implement new methodologies and teaching practices.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate TOSCOOL events.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate year-long TOSCOOL projects for individual classes.

• Organize and coordinate excursions for TOSCOOL students.

• Attend training sessions and seminars on professional development and improving teaching methods.

Requirements:

• University degree in pedagogy, linguistics, or a related field.

• C1 command of Czech and English (minimum level C1).

• Ability to work with modern teaching methods and technologies.

• Computer literacy.

• Creative approach to developing educational materials.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Interest in professional development and willingness to learn new things.

• Familiarity with the primary school environment.
