JOB DESCRIPTION

• qualify and address business requirements for the Sales Support Portal
• migrate the Sales Support Chatbot to a new platform
• provide maintenance and support for the chatbot
• monitor and report on the chatbot"s business impact
• collaborate with Process a Technology Liaisons and development units
• ensure compliance with company"s guidelines

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• experience in development
• familiarity with cloud development
• English communication skills
• stakeholder management and multitasking abilities
