Kuoni Tumlare is B2B Destination Management company. For more than 100 years we manage mostly inbound travel to Europe for group travel, conferences & congresses, educational tours and many more. We also organize trips to Japan, but this is a separate team.
Long story short, what we do most is that we organize big volumes of trips for mostly Asian market travellers to Europe, cooperating with Agencies, not the end tourists. We take care of everything for them - the booking, customer support and of course the invoicing. Our team provides web portal for Restaurants, Hotels, Buses etc. here in Europe, mobile app for Tour Leaders who travel with tourists from Asia and web portal for Agencies in Asia to self-manage their business with us.

The digital team is well respected within our business and is experiencing significant growth. We have multiple agile teams developing B2B platforms, including web portals and mobile app.
We need someone to support all teams in introducing and rolling out new features to our clients, suppliers and internal operation teams. As the subject matter expert, you will help existing customers to understand the product and the benefit it brings.

Drive awareness and adoption of B2B digital platforms among clients and internal teams through promotional materials, product demos, and training sessions.
Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for product rollouts, updates, and feature releases; provide necessary training for teams and external partners.
Plan and coordinate the market launch of new product features or versions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product benefits, features, and applications; serve as the primary resource for product-related questions from internal teams and clients.
