Key Responsibilities

• Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting to end-users

• Software implementation including new company-wide ERP

• Mentoring the IT support team

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems

• Monitoring and managing IT infrastructure and network systems

• Developing and maintaining technical documentation

• Implementing and maintaining security protocols

• Evaluating and recommending new hardware and software solutions

• Participating in IT projects

Qualifications and Experience

• Communicative English (B2+)  

• Knowledge of one or more of the following languages is an advantage: Czech, Polish, Slovak, Hungarian or Romanian

• Expert knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows operating systems (desktop and server)

• General knowledge of current technologies, willingness to learn new technologies

• Independence, diligence, responsibility, systematicity

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team

• Self-motivated and needs little direct supervision
