Key Responsibilities
Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting to end-users
Software implementation including new company-wide ERP
Mentoring the IT support team
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems
Monitoring and managing IT infrastructure and network systems
Developing and maintaining technical documentation
Implementing and maintaining security protocols
Evaluating and recommending new hardware and software solutions
Participating in IT projects
Qualifications and Experience
Communicative English (B2+)
Knowledge of one or more of the following languages is an advantage: Czech, Polish, Slovak, Hungarian or Romanian
Expert knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows operating systems (desktop and server)
General knowledge of current technologies, willingness to learn new technologies
Independence, diligence, responsibility, systematicity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team
Self-motivated and needs little direct supervision
