JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist consumers questions, doubts and handle different levels of complaints
  • Ensure consumers onboarding and loyalty
  • Ensure balance between consumer, customer and objectives
  • Prioritize cases and address properly each issue
  • Communication with all stakeholders

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent English and German
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Basic business sense
  • Consumer/Customer mindset
  • Knowledge of MS Office
